Key Staff
Our staff size is large enough to tackle larger projects and yet small enough for personalized attention. We maintain a full-time staff including four design engineers and three CAD designers along with other support staff. We also have substantial flexibility to adapt to fluctuations in work flow by maintaining relationships with several CAD and other design consultants. In addition, all staff members are CAD-capable, enabling us to "team up" when the need arises.
Timothy McPartland
ATM is managed by Timothy McPartland, whose structural design experience spans 22 years. Mr. McPartland’s projects have included numerous tilt-up concrete buildings that have combined office, research & development, manufacturing and distribution uses, public school structures and special structures such as tanks and bridges. He is an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and has served on the board of the Structural Engineers Association of Central California. He graduated cum laude from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and is registered in California as a structural and civil engineer.
John M. Anderson, Jr.
ATM's senior engineer, John M. Anderson, Jr. has more than 23 years of structural design and construction administration experience in various structural applications. These include concrete tilt-up office/distribution buildings, wood-framed office buildings, California public schools, OSHPD Skilled Nursing Facilities, senior living apartments and custom homes. John's professional career has been exclusive to Northern California since his graduation from Oregon Institute of Technology. He is registered in California as a civil engineer.
